Women’s Self-Defense Course
This course is designed to give women the skills and ability to survive a violent attack. Most violent attacks happen fast and close. This course covers a variety of different blocks and strikes to break holds and create the distance to escape, run or defend.
Scenario-Based Training (Multiple Environments)
Teaching practical techniques to increase the survivability from an a Dynamic Critical Incident.
